Ultra-Lightweight ManPack Sized Communications Fly-Away Kit (FLAK) Integration and Optimization for HA/DR, SSTR, and Surveillance/Targeting.

SCALABLE DISASTER VICTIM, SURVIVOR, BODY TRACKING SYSTEM.

Description:
To provide a capability to obtain perimeter security via IP enabled meshed sensors of all types for (1) military tactically deployed personnel (i.e. overseas Forward Operating Base (FOB)); or (2) for domestic early responder, law enforcement, and medical response personnel to secure their operating area in a Katrina-like disaster. Features should include the capabilities listed in (1) and/or (2) above as well as those listed below.
